		<description>What do you mean new team?&#160; If you mean the better footballing
skills into the back line and not the front row is you need the
grunts up front to get the hard yards! The better skilled (ie Ball
handlers) to make the breaks. Just because you are a great athlete
does not make you a rugby player!</description>
