What would they call what happened to O'Sullivan as the Ireland's head coach? I for one have no doubts O'Sullivan's "resignation" was heavily encouraged by the IRFU. I don't know O'Sullivan's coaching record or success with the Eagles, but Ireland had their best years under him. O'Sullivan could have better success as an administrator than a coach as is the case with some. He wasn't a bad coach, but he never did bring Ireland to that next level.
