Just ask the New Zealand RFU. Look at the RFU in England over the last 5 years. Scotland? People said the line-out contest would be over once lifting was allowed, and now the line-out is more dynamic than ever. I guess i just don't see a bunch of amateur, old, out-of-shape ruggers playing some professional, fit fast team very soon. At last the game can get back to running and scoring tries. My compliments on all the rule changes (except the truck and trailer maybe).
